Do you retain your urine even after you're pressed? This one’s for you
Ever wondered why some old people or even some people in their mid50’s can’t retain urine for even a minute before they get to urinate? Research has it that people who has formed the lifestyle of retaining urine for some time before they finally get to urinate are the ones that mostly have this problem.

This is because, when the bladder is full, it carries about a cup of urine, which is quite a load on the muscles of the bladder, when this urine is retained for some time, the bladder muscles and the sphincter become a bit weakened due to the workload it is carrying, this also increases the risk of urinary tract infections and urinary incontinence.

When people continue this lifestyle, over the years the bladder become finally weak that it cannot carry urine at all, sometimes it become so severe that immediately urine drains into the bladder from the kidney, it drains out of the bladder without the person’s consciousness.
It is therefore very paramount that you urinate as soon as you feel the urge to do so!
