Steemit Health Daily Food Game - Read and Comment to Play!

Leave a comment with the list of foods you have eaten today to play in this new "Steemit Health Daily Food Game"!


Basic idea of this game will be to provide a list of foods that are eaten during the course of one day. The food lists will then be scored based on vitamin and nutrition amounts. More so what one gets and doesn't get rather than exact amounts. As this broader idea may be found to be more agreeable between many people that are different in many ways. Score will be relative to others submissions in regards to missing vitamins and nutrients while also considering individual and collective improvements over time. More of this will be apparent as we play since this game is still in an alpha experimental idea stage.

To enter and play leave a comment / reply with a list of foods that you eat during one day which may include food not on the list below. Entries will be reviewed and rewarded based on how well they fulfill one's (approximate) daily vitamin and nutrient needs.

Daily Food / Menu Task

The task will be to make a list of healthy foods eaten during the day. A list of some of the most commonly found healthy foods for most people will be provided to help you on your way and provide suggestions. The list may serve as a way to try out other foods to improve your daily diet and you can see how one day compares to another of your or other people since this will be on the blockchain.

Yes of course. One should pay attention to that too of course. Just looking to think about factors that are easier for everyone to think about. But of course welcome the extra thought and consideration to the likes of what you have mentioned.

supper - grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, slice onion, red pepper, baked potato, cheese, sour cream, bacon, apple pie

breakfast: oats + psyllium husk in soymilk
lunch: tuna sandwich & potato salad
dinner: beef stew + pumpkin rice

I ate these today

Breakfast: Plain organic (soy based) yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and peaches. Organic 7 grain whole wheat toast with (soy based) butter. Coffee with soy milk.

Lunch: Falafel sandwich with iceberg lettuce, tomato, celery and tahini sauce on peta bread. Green tea to drink

Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce.

I've been vegan for 12 years so eating healthy is pretty common in my life, however my wife and I don't always eat as healthy as we should, but that's going to change very soon.

I ate jalapeno & cheddar potato chips and homemade chili for dinner. Lots of coffee. Um... and leftover Chinese food for breakfast.

so far water and coffee and a run, wish I had 5 bucks to go get the whole menu for the day :D (tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers and some fruits, apples maybe bananas since I eat too much of those already :D )

Seeing as today is morning and I've only had water and tea so far, I'll play with yesterday's menu. Which I don't want to play with, because it wasn't the healthiest, but what the heck!

Today is my healthy day! It's a bit boring but chilli make everything exciting. My day will be...

Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with chilli and garlic
Lunch: tuna, olives, chilli on a slice of toasted homemade sourdough
Dinner: brown rice, bell peppers and broccoli with chilli, soy and ginger

I might have a berry smoothie at some point too :0)

I made chili today... er... yesterday. I might throw lots of chili over fries with a "healthy" handful of cheese. YUM.

I've been healthy so far today!

Bananas x2 for breakfast
Green beans, carrot and turkey patties (home made) for lunch.
Dinners a bit unhealthy, mainly due to the cheese; nachos consisting of refried beans, lentils, tomato, mushroom, turkey mince and salsa.
