Keeping Your Brain Young

What is that saying, the older you get, the older you feel?  

How many of you feel old or getting to that stage?

I look at it as this, whichever you allow your mind to consume, is however you're going to feel based on the thoughts you produce.  The way you think is the way you train your brain to process. The main fixing to this is to change your thoughts.  Continuously practice positive behavior in actions and thoughts.

To keeping a young and refreshing brain is to also explore out of your comfort zone.  Be willing to step outside your usual routine and learn to give other areas a try, even try something that you may have thought about experiencing but never got the chance to do so.  It's refreshing to challenge your brain and explore new things.  Possibly travel around the world, take up a class or learn a new language.
