Cooked buckwheat is a high-calorie product. This is not a diet cucumber or tomato.

Buckwheat porridge in its consistency can be crumbly and slightly viscous. It can be both an independent dish and a fine side dish to meat. Buckwheat groats serve as a perfect backfill for the first dishes (soups).
But dietary is considered lean boiled buckwheat. It should not even have oil. Only then it has a small amount of calories.
