Dull pain in the temples and forehead, can be caused by stress , tension , poor vision.

Usually HEADACHE

POTATO

• This is one of the oldest recipes. Cut the potatoes in half and rub it the area around the temples and forehead . When dry , headache should stop.

COFFEE AND LEMON

• IN a cup of black coffee squeeze a lemon . Have a drink and wait for the pain to stop . It should not take long .

MASSAGE OIL OF MINT AND LAVENDER

• Oil of one of these two plants heat up and gently massage the nasal bone and eye area. Massage your shoulders , neck and back of the head , which would improve circulation and eliminate pain.

MIGRAINE HEADACHE

Ginger drug

• This plant has an analgesic effect and fast acting . You can use it in two ways - as a tea or root of this plant just nibble . Tea is saved by 1/3 of ginger powder mixed with a glass of water or juice and drink several times a day .

FISH OIL

• Can be used for massaging or to be taken in the form of a capsule . It gives excellent results.

ICE

• Lie down in a quiet, darkened room and put it on the forehead cooler liners . At the head cover with a cap or wrap a scarf , towel.

Recipe for migraine almost immediately relieves pain

• Two teaspoons of Himalayan salt, mix with the juice of two lemons. In this add grated lemon zest . All mix and add half a pint of water. Stir and drink in one gulp .
