Stress became our everyday life . It is impossible to avoid it completely , but what you can do is reduce it or make it less effective. I will show you a few easiest way to relieve stress .

1 ) BREATHING
Breathing is the easiest and fastest way to release stress. It is essential to learn the proper breathing with full lungs . Only in this way all the cells of your body will get the necessary amount of oxygen and contribute it to the overall health of our body and spirit.
2 ) CLEAN HOUSE
" Big Cleaning " your home will have a beneficial effect on stress. You will spend a lot of energy in cleaning , and at the end you will feel the satisfaction.
3 ) EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Fresh vegetables are a source of health and helps combat stress . In the daily diet insert and fruits and natural juices without sugar. Increase your intake of green vegetables , broccoli , potatoes , avocados , almonds, pistachios , walnuts , oranges, clementines , lemons and other citrus fruits .
4 ) VITAMINS AND MINERALS
This vitamins have the favorable effect on stress : vitamin C , vitamin E, B vitamins , magnesium , folic acid . During summer days increase the intake of vitamins and minerals.
5 ) WALK
Easy walk in the afternoon will be a positive effect in the fight against stress and allow you a good sleep. Twenty minutes walk will be enough and will contribute to your health , vitality and more beautiful mood.
6 ) TEA

7 ) YOGA

Nice simple tips on clearing stress, little surprised the meditation was omitted though, especially with so many scientifically proven benefits in its favour. Likewise essential oils have great value for stress reduction, and are incredibly easy to use either topically via massage or via an aroma diffuser.
