Everything gives a heart attack

Should healthy people take medication? Can we do without?

We, I am one of them, learned to medicate ourselves. If medication is sold without recipes, if doctors send you away with the words: take some paracetamol and go back to work, you do not think it might harm. But medication harms, they all have side effects and shouldn't be taken unless there's no other way to improve health.
Improving our health isn't what most of us do. We don't sport (you can sport at home, dancing is a sport too just like walking), we do not eat healthy, we do not ventilate our house, let the phone/computer be/switched off two hours before we go to bed. We don't know what our blood looks like, pay attention to our diet. So... do we still have the right to be helped if we do not care about our bodies?

If we are overweight, drink, smoke, are addicted, have a lack of sleep, keep taking drugs & medication why should a doctor save us? Why expecting someone will take care of us if what we suffer from is not caused by ageing?
If we do not care about quality (a healthy body and soul) why should someone else come to rescue and do the job for us?

I've been stuffed with meds since I was a few months old. I smelled like a pharmacy. I gave up on meds one after the next. Looking back I doubt they ever worked the site effects did though. I live with the damages of that.
"You cannot stop with the prednisone," the doctor said, "it will harm your organs". I did anyway. I'm no longer a baby, toddler, a child that should obey. I learned it the hard way. I learned most doctors don't care, hardly know anything about medication. They subscribe, jab, tell you what to take because they get a fat bonus paid by the pharmacy at the end of the year and you have to be back on the streets within 10 minutes.

Paracetamol isn't harmless. It became famous instead of Aspirin. But Aspirin isn't off the table and used for it's side effects. For women who easily have a miscarriage for example (and still a good painkiller).

Ps For sure Pfizer will come up with something new to fight whatever you suffer from. Paracetamol never killed anything with me either do the 'fake ibuprofen' pills. Coincidence or immune for the placebo effect?
