Hello friends, I hope everyone is good. Nowadays, health is important for us to be healthy, exercise must be done. Exercise should keep our body active. To keep our body healthy we have to exercise every day. However, our body fitness will be good. There are some rules of exercise. It must be exercised by doing it. However, our body weight is right.
