What did I learn?

I want to share about the habits that make us young:

  • not lazy motion
    That people who often jogging has a body function like a 20-year-old man, although aged over 65 years.
  • keep food intake
    Avoid alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, and fatty foods. Expand the consumption of fruit and water to keep skin fresh and youthful.
  • often picnic
    that people are happier when spending money to travel than material things.
  • dress up
    Use clothing with pastel shades, slim fit, and follow the trend
    at this time for the impressed look of youthful.

  • listen to music
    music can calm, relax muscles, and make the mind more relaxed so avoid the stress and make ageless.
    So my lecture about living things that make us young, hopefully as we want it, amen.
