Wrinkles in the ear can be a sign of heart disease
A 2012 study conducted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles says that people who have diagonal wrinkles in the ear lobe are more likely to show signs of heart disease during CT scans than people who do not have these wrinkles. This is because the diagonal wrinkles in the ear lobe can be caused by closing the small blood vessels to the ear lobe, which can be a reflection of changes in the blood vessels around the heart.

Another study conducted in Denmark also found that people with four signs of aging, the thinning hairline around the forehead (tempels), baldness in the crown of the head, wrinkles of ears, and fat deposits around the eyelids are more likely to have heart attacks and more then heart disease.
