Do you have a way to stop the brain from thinking it needs sweets? That’s my biggest issue usually, especially in the evenings i start looking for food!
Hey man. I miss you too. Work has been so crazy that I don't have time for sleep. I know, sweets are the worst. I try to eat fruits when I get cravings for sweets. It helps.

Yeah, I really need to do more of that. I tried taking fruits to work and it worked, but then I fell back in my old ways and in the evenings it's the hardest. Thanks for the advice and I hope things calm down again soon.
