Hi Steemians friends I hope you have an excellent day, here I leave a post about the benefits of something as simple and easy as walking, I hope it will be useful.
One of the advantages of walking is that it does not require prior training so it can be done by anyone of any age.

Although walking is something natural to have beneficial effect you have to practice and refine the technique to avoid generating injuries

• Let's take care of the posture the trunk well erect to maintain balance
• If you walk forward the lumbar and abdominal muscles will support the weight
• If you lean backwards you will generate weight in the back of the body
