With fatloss being the goal, there are many different paths you can take but the destination is always the same.
Which path you follow is really up to you.
I am always about efficiency.
Following the path of least resistance.
There are always going to be the underlying fundamentals that will get you there such as calories in vs calories out (CICO)
If you purely a follow calorie restricted diet, that’s fine.
If you exercise and follow a diet plan, also fine.
If you follow just exercising alone to create a calorie deficit also again, fine.
But which method you follow can dictate how fast and sustainable your results are.
How many hours can you dedicate to exercise per week.
How low can you go in calories.
How long can you keep this up for.
Finding a middle ground between lifestyle, exercise and calorie restriction is a skill and it takes practise.
It’s a controlled stumble forward and as long as you keep trying you won’t ever fail.
You only fail when you completely give up.
If something isn’t working find out why and correct it.
