This is all true; however I would be more precise about staying away from sugar. Refined sugar is absolutely bad for you and should be avoided. Unrefined sugar is less toxic and easier to process and fresh organic raw sugarcane juice is great for you; if you detox most of the toxic junk gmo high fructose and refined sugar out of yourself first to give your pancreas a fighting chance to process it.
Stay away from refined food. Avoid things that corporations have changed especially if they spend time and money to tell us it is safe. Like roundup ready crops and sugar substitutes.
Also try to get some unrefined salt that is not tainted. Unrefined salt is not as caustic as refined salt. Refined salt is missing the minerals your body needs to safely use salt and before your body can react the refined salt already chemically eats at the inside of your veins and arteries. Your body uses cholesterol to save your veins and arteries from bursting; over time this causes build up which is known as heart disease and high blood pressure. Unrefined salt reduces blood pressure and if you stay away from refined salt and food long enough you can reverse the build up and associated diseases. Salt is good if it is not refined, your body needs it.
Plus find soap and cleaners that are free of toxins such as propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), chlorine and dioxins.
Don't take any medication the doctor tells you to unless you fully research it yourself.
Meat is another discussion but a whole food plant based diet is best; especially if you don't know what meat is grown without the use of toxic injections or food.
If you can, stay away from abusive people because negative emotional chemicals will reduce your ability to detox effectively.
It's a full time job staying healthy but stay positive because even people like me that have had brain cancer can turn their health around with enough effort. I hope you all have a happy healthy long life. :)
