What does morning look like for you?

Are you hitting snooze and then barely making it out the door on time?

Do you immediately reach for your phone to check emails, texts and notifications?

We are all guilty of rushing through our day, moving from one thing to the next to the next. We barely stop to catch our breath and then we wonder why we are always saying how stressed and tired we are.

We feel like we don't have time for anything and the thought of adding one more thing to our morning seems impossible. But I truly believe that how we start our day sets the tone for the rest.

Over the next few days I will introduce you to simple daily practices you can start to implement in to your morning with just 10 minutes a day.
