Here it is! The Yoga First Episode is Up! Easy 30 Minute Sun Salutation Warm Up

Hi everyone,

I'm so excited to finally be posting the first episode of the online yoga classes I'll be doing!

If you haven't seen the quick introduction video I did last week, feel free to go check that out on my blog; It will give you a better understanding of the type of classes I am going to be doing.

Today's class is a simple, very beginner friendly Sun Salutation, that can be done on it's own, or as a warm up before another workout.

Let's do it!

I really hope you enjoyed the class, I know I am super awkward! I want to keep things as real as possible, and down to earth, so that it is easy for everyone to follow along.

Great presentation, and the difficulty level isn't too hard. Maybe I'll try this out since it's been too cold and raw in New England to go running all week! (It looks so nice and warm there!)

Thank you so much! Yes it is nice and simple. It is quite warm here! But the weather is so moody. We go from so hot you can't move to thunderstorms all day. Thanks for checking out the video!

This is super cool! Been looking for some yoga videos to do at home, and this one comes staright from my home town! Looking forward to more poses and perhaps a 30 minute workout ?

Aww Hi @sweetpea! That's so awesome that you're from here too! I am definitely thinking of doing more of a workout next, I'm going to have some shorter videos, to mix and match ( almost like a build-your-own yoga class, haha) and then I will also do a few full length classes. Thank you so much for the request!

thanks for the video learnt a bit about yoga, starting tomorrow without fail 10 mins each morning got to get more flexible and exercise my bad back , sitting down all day programming without exercise weakens lower back and i become less flexible

Yes doing a small workout every day sounds like a good idea to help your back! Try to focus on core strengthening poses, because the stronger your core, the less pressure will be on your back! Thank you so much for the comment, Let me know how it goes!

Haha thank you! It is really good for weight loss as well, I gain weight super easily and yoga has seemed to help calm it down xD
