How to eat: -
Follow the routine that is commonly eaten. - From the day you start the gym, try to follow the routine. - Try eating foods at a certain time, regardless of whether they eat them. - If you have a gym to increase health, it is good to have lunch in the afternoon (2/3 hours after lunch). Because then the foods become glucose. As a result of this, during the gym, energy is not pulled from the body and pulls from the food. If you get energy from the body, but if you do not get that amount of food then you can become sick. - Eat two eggs a day inside an hour to finish the gym. - Increase water intake, otherwise it may cause jaundice due to excessive sweating. - Helps the preparation of raw molasses and muscles. That means start the gym after at least 20 minutes of eating and eat after 20 minutes to finish the gym. Eating better after the heavy meal gym is better. Interesting to prep for the gym by eating well before so you have the glucose/energy to work out. I've always eaten too soon rigbt before the gym. I will follow this routine more. You eat eggs while at the gym though? Lol.

I would like to add. Always eat carbs before going to gym for energy to carry out your workouts. Immediately after workout take protein rich food. Naver consume carbs after workout otherwise it’ll lessen or reduce your testosterone level which you have achieved in gym.
