Interesting to prep for the gym by eating well before so you have the glucose/energy to work out. I've always eaten too soon rigbt before the gym. I will follow this routine more. You eat eggs while at the gym though? Lol.

I would like to add. Always eat carbs before going to gym for energy to carry out your workouts. Immediately after workout take protein rich food. Naver consume carbs after workout otherwise it’ll lessen or reduce your testosterone level which you have achieved in gym.
