Im solid on the first 4, I am just too hooked on sugar. :( i gave it up for 6 weeks, including grains and fruit and it helped a lot, to the point everything was to sweet. Then over a couple months I got addicted again, now I crave sweets after every meal again.

Don't be too hard on yourself :) Sounds like you're doing a good job overall. If you bump up your proteins, see if that makes a difference to your suagr cravings.
