In our present time, so many people spend their health gaining wealth and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health. It shouldn't be so. A health diet is needed to maintain or improve general health and fitness.
It is important to stay healthy and fit because it lowers many chronic health risks, such as obesity, heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. A healthy diet involves consuming appropriate amounts of all the essential nutrients and an adequate amount of water. Nutrient can be obtained from different foods.

Fitness is essential to living a healthy life. To keep our body in a good health state is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. A healthy diet needs to have a balance of fats, proteins, and carbohydrate, calories to support energy needs and micro nutrients to meet the needs of human nutrition.
I recommend that you try to burn as much energy as you eat, as a healthy weight is the balance between those two.
First step to keeping fit is being active. Lack of activity destroys good condition of every human body, while movement and methodical physical exercise saves and preserves it. You need to get enough sleep, lack of sleep contributes to decreased work performance and reduces quality of life.
The best cure for fatigue is getting
enough sleep, not bombarding
your system with more chemicals
to keep you awake.
Also to keep fit and maintain a healthy diet, increase your consumption of plant foods, particularly fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains and nuts. Limit the intake of fats and oils, and avoid saturated fats, which are those that become solid at room temperature. You need to stop overeating.

Try to sit at a table and be mindful of each bite; Watch portions. The focus of weight loss for many, being overweight or obesed has a big impact on your health. If you are overweight, you are likely to develop health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, certain types of cancer, gout (joint pain caused by excess uric acid) and gall bladder disease.

That's true, I have a lot of problem with my back cause when I was younger I didn't do a sport and since I'm very tall and growed very fast I have to go to a physiotherapist for fixing my scogliosis. Sport is important, but you have to love what you do because if not is just a burden to do it
