Grilled halloumi with olive and tomato salad
You need
600 g halloumi
6 large tomatoes
1.5 dl calamata olives
1 small red onion, in thin rings
1 cucumber
1 cosmopolitan salad
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
0.5 dl olive oil
3 dl Turkish or Greek yogurt
0.5 cucumber
1 garlic garlic
salt and pepper
olive oil
1- Start by tearing 0.5 cucumber. Add a plate and salt. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then squeeze the water out of the cucumber. Mix with yoghurt and tear down garlic clove and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2- Cut the salad to mouth-sized pieces. Put in a large salad bowl. Cut the tomatoes into uneven gaps. Scale 1 cucumber and split into the length. Core by pulling a spoon along the cores. Cut the cucumber into big dice. Add cucumbers and tomatoes to the salad bowl with red onion rings. Dip over vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper and turn the salad carefully. Stir olives over.
3- Share halloumin in 1 cm pieces. Brush with olive oil and then grill over high heat for about 0.5-1 minutes per side. Serve with salad and tzatzikin!
I love Halloumi Cheese.
