If you take a bath by mixing some essential things in plain water, then many diseases can be avoided, then let us tell you the tips of bathing by mixing those five things in water, which can be avoided from many diseases.

  1. Alum

Take a bath by mixing a spoonful of alum and rock salt in a bathing bucket. This will improve the blood circulation of the body, due to which the problem of stress will be removed and the muscle pain will go away.

  1. Neem leaves

Boil neem leaves in a glass of water. Filter the water when it cools down. Take a bath by mixing it in a bucket of water. This will keep skin infection and inflammation away.

  1. Rose water

Taking a bath by mixing 3 to 4 spoons of rose water in a bucket makes the muscles feel relaxed and at the same time removes body odor.

  1. Orange Peel

Put the peels of two oranges in a bucket of lukewarm water. After 10 minutes take them out of the water and take a bath. This will remove muscle pain and skin infection.

  1. Camphor

Add camphor to the bathing bucket. This will give relaxation to the body as well as the problem of headache will go away.
