Well just right now the 3rd..

3. Enough sleep needs..

Sleep is not only important to regenerate your physical body, but it is also important to be mentally and provide solutions in every problem. Sleep eliminates the blind side and helps "reset" your brain to see problems from different angles, which is very important to support creativity.

  • Research from Harvard indicates that humans can 33% more connect ideas after sleep, but few realize that their performance is getting better. Sleep is also known to improve memory and help "practice" and improve your performance with more challenging abilities. In fact, a night's sleep which is only about 4-6 hours can affect the lucidity of your mind to think in the next day.

  • The growth process, known as plasticity, is believed to underlie the brain's ability to behave, including learning and remembering. Plasticity occurs when neurons are stimulated by an event, or information, from an environment. Even so, sleeping and sleepiness alter the expression of some genes and gene production which are essential for synapses plasticity. In addition, certain forms of long-term potentiation, the neurological processes associated with learning and memory, can be induced in sleep, the synaptic link strengthened when you're asleep.

  • As you might have predicted, this also applies to infants, and research shows that naps can provide a boost to the baby's brainpower. In particular, babies who fall asleep while they are learning have a better ability to recognize a new pattern.

  • Even for adults, naps can dramatically improve and restore brain power.

4. Using coconut oil.

  • The main fuel of your brain is glucose, which will later be converted into energy. Your brain produces its own insulin that is converted into glucose in the bloodstream into the foods needed by the body.

  • When the production of insulin in your brain is reduced, your brain will actually start starving, and requires glucose to be converted into energy to function normally again. This is what happens to Alzheimer's patients - their brain starts to stop growing, or starvation, leading to a malfunctioning brain and loss of memory, speech, movement, and personality.

  • In effect, your brain can start to stop growing and lose the ability to convert glucose into energy. Fortunately, your brain can still do more than one kind of thing to supply energy, and this is where coconut oil can be used.

  • There are other substances that can feed your brain and prevent the cessation of brain function. It can even restore and renew neurons and nerve function in your brain.

  • The substance is called ketone bodies or ketoacids. Ketone is produced by the body when the body converts fat into energy, and the main source of ketone bodies is the medium chain triglycerides (MCT) that can be found in coconut oil! Coconut oil contains about 66% MCT.

  • Therapeutic levels of MCT have been studied at 20 grams per day. According to research from Dr. Mary Newport, more than two tablespoons of coconut oil (about 35 ml or 7 teaspoons) will give you the equivalent of 20 grams of MCT, which is indicated to prevent the decline in neuron function, or as a treatment for a brain disease.

  • The results received will be different for each person, so you need to start slowly. My advice is to start with a teaspoon, along with your breakfast in the morning. Gradually you can add more coconut oil every few days until your body can receive four tablespoons. Coconut oil is very good when mixed with food, to prevent disruption of your stomach.

5. Eat vitamin D.

  • Active vitamin D can increase nerve growth in your brain, and researchers have also found the pathway through which vitamin D to the hippocampus and cerebellum in the brain, the area that processes planning, processing information, and the formation of new memories.

6. The National Institutes of Mental Health have recently concluded that it is very important for a mother to get vitamin D while it is pregnant so that the fetal brain is perfectly formed.

Children also need to get enough vitamin D after birth for the brain to function "normal." In adults, studies show that vitamin D deficiency is associated with weak brain function, and if fulfilled it will make the body becomes more fit.

  • With frequent exposure to sunlight then the problem as above will be resolved, the role of the sun will not be replaced to help the body in producing vitamin D.

  • Proper sun exposure is needed for brain function also remain healthy. Another alternative is the safe tanning bed, which is followed by vitamin D3 supplements. In most adults it takes around 8,000 IU of vitamin D per day to keep their serum above 40 ng / ml, which should be at least every day. Ideally, your serum is between 50-70 ng / ml, and up to 100 ng / ml to treat cancer and heart disease. The most important thing is your serum level, then you need to get the right vitamin D to stay optimal and the range of therapy that fits as below.

That's a bit about how to improve the performance of the brain I know. Do not forget to also look forward to my next article about how to increase brain power. (Part 3). And follow me so you can see my next post in your feed..
