Tips to keep the heart healthy

  1. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain plenty of potassium.
  2. Avoid fish eggs, brains, cheese, egg yolks, butter as much as possible.
  3. There is no need to take extra salt if not necessary.
  4. Eat milk But eat the milk and curd with leeked milk.
  5. Eat more fish. Fish oil contains 'omega three fatty acids'.
  6. Red meat is not good to eat.
  7. Never eat chicken skin.
  8. Shalgam, soybean, dried bean seeds and peas will eat more.
  9. Eat more vitamin C foods like lemon, amaloki, cappuccino and guava.
  10. Avoid canned or processed foods.
  11. Eat fresh foods.
  12. Keep weight under the body height.
  13. Smile as much as possible.
  14. Worry is not tension.
  15. Talk to everyone.
  16. You can sing songs of joy.
  17. Read interesting books.
  18. Do your physical work.
  19. Regular exercise.
