Okay so sometimes I like to eat a small portion and of something light because it's not always good to eat loads it's heavy in the stomach and leaves food just lying around I prefer to use to resources from the food I put in my body before filling it up with more food that realistically it doesn't actually need so today I'm having this light lunch and water for the rest of the day πππ½π
This salad includes bistro leaves with beetroot, cucumber, tomato, with pomegranate seeds and chia seeds and a side of homemade coleslaw (naughty meπ)
