You don't have to feel guilty eating these tasty almond pies with blueberries.
They're made with healthy ingredients only (NO SUGAR!!)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 eggs
160 gr of almond flour
60 ml of rice milk
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of sea salt
2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
1 handful of almond flakes
Preparation:
1- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2- Melt the coconut oil.
3- Mix the eggs with the almond powder, the rice milk, the honey, the coconut oil and add the baking powder and salt.
4- Put the blueberries in two greased baking trays and pour in the mixture.
5- Add some almond flakes
6- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
