One of my favorite things is to share all the new fun recipes that have become part of my families meals! We LOVE pizza, but not the same pizza we used to. This is my favorite, Spaghetti Squash crust! We also love spinach and cauliflower crust! I'll post those recipes another day! It is low carb, high protein and once you have it you will never go back to "regular" pizza again!!
Spaghetti Squash Crust
makes 4 servings
4 cups spaghetti squash
1 cup eggbeaters
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Toppings:
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 1/3 lean (ounces depends on specific choice)
2 cups veggies (compliant options from Green Options List)
