Drinking Coffee is a habit that is often done by most of the men, which coffee is a very popular drink dikala while relaxing.

Many recent studies have suggested that coffee has a positive effect on the health of the liver, Coffee is a type of beverage that is often consumed by people around the world. Until now, coffee consumption is often associated or even identified with negative effects to the body. Although still in need of further research, several studies have mentioned the positive effects of coffee on declining incidence of liver cancer. Research conducted by Tanaka, et al and Gelatti et al, mentioned that in people who consume 3-4 cups of coffee a day for 1-2 years is associated with a decreased risk of liver cancer.

(3) Chronic Heart Disease

Coffee consumption is also associated with reduced incidence of chronic liver disease. Research conducted Modi et al mention that there is a relationship between daily coffee consumption with the degree of severity of liver fibrosis in people suffering from chronic liver disease. The researchers found that eating 1-2 cups of coffee was associated with a decreased rate of liver fibrosis.

Eating 2-3 cups of coffee is said to have beneficial effects for the body, such as to protect the liver. However, remember that not all types of coffee are good for the heart. There is research that says filtered coffee has a liver protective effect, while espresso coffee does not have a positive effect on health. Currently there are many studies that support the positive effects of coffee on liver health, but remember that coffee consumption is still limited, and for those who are not strong coffee then do not be forced.
