INSOMNIA is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep.

  • Common CAUSES of chronic insomnia include:
    1- Mental health disorders ( Stress - Anxiety- Overthinking....)
    2- Medications ( Many prescription drugs can interfere with sleep)
    3- Caffeine, nicotine ans alcohol.
    4- Uncomfortable area of sleeping
    5- Some diseases (Asthma , chronic pain , heart diseases)
    6- Social media addiction
  • Solutions :
    1- Keep your bed reserved only for resting
    2- Avoid or limit takings naps
    3- Try a good shower efor you sleep ( a good hygiene matters)
    4- Avoid large meals and everages before bed
    5- Be physycally active .
    -Stay hydrated
