You can have dessert or cheesy food. That is OK but limit those unhealthy food once a day. Try to opt for healthy dishes for other meals.
- Try not to compromise with your sleep. Take at least 6-8 hours of sleep.
- Keep your body well hydrated.
- Try to include walking in your vacation routine.
Do not over eat.
You can go for swimming at your hotel to burn some calories.
Do not have food before going to bed.
Try to avoid packaged food. Have fresh dishes.
You can pack home made food with you.
