Looking for something that's quick, easy and healthy for dinner? I buy frozen Ahi filets at our warehouse store so I have them on hand when I'm feeling seafood. I lightly add lite soy sauce on the filets and then dip them in toasted sesame seeds. (I bought a jar at Home Goods for $4). Steam some cabbage; this makes it faster and easier to sauté. Then I sear the filets in olive oil spray and sauté the cabbage in olive oil with garlic and salt free seasonings. I added some wasabi and pickled ginger on the side.
Clean eating that's quick and easy. Oh, it's delicious too. Buon Appetite!
My wife Joan is an excellent cook. This was delicious!!
