Hi guys!
I want to share some healthy food recipes since I've experienced first hand the benefits of a healthy diet. Simply including more fruits and vegetables to your daily meals, can make wonders to your body and overall wellbeing.
Here is one of my all time favorites, the Beetroot salad :)
Ingredients:
6 beetroots
1 ts olive oli
Dressing:
1 ts apple cider vinegar
1/4 ts sea salt
4 scallions, chopped
3 ts olive oil
Preparation:
Place the beetroots in a baking pan. Add 150 ml of water and 1 ts of olive oil, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. After leaving it to cool down for a bit, peel the beets and cut them in half. Mix the beets with the dressing and you're good to go.
