As your body consumes food and turns it into energy it needs to be used, otherwise your body will turn it into fat to store for later. 4- Take time out of your day for a walk: There are many ways to burn fat in your body, but one of the most effective ways is walking. The best way to burn fat while walking is on an empty stomach as you will not have any excess energy that is going to be used instead of burning fat.
