People may feel stressed sometimes whether the stress from work, financial problem, health problem, people or from environment.
Continue from my previous blog, foods for stress relief in part 1, here’s some other ways to decrease stress.
(A) Massage

Massage therapist is a good treatment for improving blood circulation, tight or painful muscle relaxation and helps to decrease stress. It can improve sleep quality and our daily mood.
(B) Meditation

We may take 15-30 minutes of peace daily for meditation, or mindfulness. Giving ourselves some silent time to let our mind run free and just focus on our breathing. It can help in stress relief.
(C) Light Yoga

Yoga is a path to relaxation with the deep breathing techniques and poses. Yoga helps to cleanse our mind systematically and remove tension with the experience of inner peace. By practice yoga every day, it may generate the sense of positive, found the happiness and no longer feeling stressed with good energy.
Through yoga, we may reduce internal stress
(D) Deep Breathing

Taking a deep abdominal breathing is beneficial trade of incoming oxygen for out outgoing carbon dioxide which can help reduce stress and anxiety through slower heartbeat and temporary lower blood pressure.
(E) Aromatheraphy

Some essential oil aromatheraphy like lavender can be a good way to reduce stress levels because it helps to calm the nervous system and changing brain waves into a more relaxed state.
(F) Music

Music is also powerful stress management tools. Listen to music is able to help our body and minds relaxation, especially the calming, quiet classical and slow music. It helps to prevent our mind wandering.
(G) Laugh

Laughter is a great form to decrease stress hormones. A rollicking laugh helps to cools down your stress response and reduce some physical symptoms of stress. Couples who laugh together stay together in good relationship.
(H) Exercise

The more the energy we use in exercising helps to improve the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress. While playing a ball game, we will concentrate to the ball and temporary makes us forget about our day irritations. Regular exercise and lower symptoms of depression or anxiety and improves our daily mood.
