Cherry Tomato & Mozz Skewers

Ingredients
You will need :
1 pound of chilled fresh mozzarella
1 pint of cherry tomato
Fresh basil
Long & short wooden skewers
1 tb spoon of EVOO( ( O&CO Everyday Olive Oil)
1 tb spoon of balsamic vinegar ( O&CO Premium Balsamic Vinegar)

Step 1
Cut fresh cherry tomato in halfs.

Step 2
Put all ingredients on the wooden skewers, one after another.
Step 3
Put ready to go skewers on a nice plate, mixing short & long ones up.
Step 4
Sprinkle some Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar.
