After sport we must have a good meals :D

Doing sports is important and useful to our health. But to have a nice performance we got to have a healthy habbits. We have to follow a great diet and eat healthy food like fruits. For exemple before every session i take a banana and an orange juice during the trainement that's helpful to keep your endurance.
And than the big healthy dinner :D
