This veg Gluten Free soup is a complete soupy meal in a bowl. The best part is that it’s very low in carb, high protein and low sodium. The soup we created would work great with chicken as protein too instead of paneer as we love meat. This soup cannot get any healthier guys! This fresh soup is always the healthiest option when I want to feel full for a longer time but stay low on carb. I recommend you to try this out at least once.

WHY THIS SOUP?

INGREDIENTS –
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 pod Garlic
- Handful of Baby carrots
- Handful of green beans
- 2 jalapeno
- 1 Green chili
- Handful of beans sprouts
- Handful of coriander
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup water (depending on the quantity you prefer)
- 500 grams paneer or hard tofu
- 1 tsp. ight soya sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- White pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic granules or fresh granuels
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
DIRECTIONS –
In a heated pot add in some oil, once heated add in the chopped garlic, ginger, carrots, beans, jalapeno, green chillies and saute.
Add in light soya sauce, white pepper, garlic granules and sauté for about a minute.
Add in water depending on the quantity you are looking and add 1 lemon and stir it.
Now add in the bean sprouts, chopped coriander and stir it for a minute.
Now add in the black pepper, salt and stir it.
Add the paneer and bring the soup to a boil for about 3 minutes.
