Always start with breakfast

It’s simple, with no fancy ingredients, so it can easily fit into any meal plan. Each muffin is about 100 calories—so they’re great when you’re watching your caloric intake but still want something that tastes delicious! They’re also really fast to make. Enjoy one (or two!) today! That Green Smoothie Can Be Savory Too: This recipe for vegan kale caesar salad is going to blow your mind. It has all of those traditional caesar salad flavors, except there are more vegetables than lettuce in here! Not only does it taste amazing, but kale is loaded with fiber and vitamins A, C and K; tomatoes are full of lycopene; lemon juice gives it a kick; chickpeas are protein-packed; garlic helps lower cholesterol levels... You get the idea.
