#Are we sleeping in the right shape

How much information do we have about sleep?
How does sleep affect our lives, our health, our mood, or even the length of our lives?
I'm going to talk about some minor cuts that we need to know about sleep.

It is said that we need to sleep for eight hours.
Is that right for you too? Come on, let's have a look :)

But where does this advice come from?

Insomnia is thought to be related to brain functions and even problems that lead to dementia.
Professor O'Mara says that in the day, toxic rubbish accumulates in his brain and that these wastes are thrown from the body while he is asleep.
If you do not get enough sleep, you can become a mild brain strain.

The effects of a lot of sleep are not known.
