11 COMMON SIGNS OF UNHEALTHY HEART.

  1. Shortness of breath
With the exception of the heartbeat, inhaling and exhaling the lungs automatically are not seen by most people when it is working properly. However, when it stops working properly, it becomes more visible. Shortness of breath is a feeling of not being able to breathe properly. The lungs may feel heavy, or the patient may feel compelled to breathe faster and slower.

Shortness of breath may cause anxiety, anemia, or allergies, but the main cause is usually the lungs (lungs) or the heart (heart) naturally. Severe pulmonary embolism may begin to manifest itself with sudden dehydration.

In some cases, shortness of breath occurs. It may be a sign of aortic disease, arrhythmia, or heart failure.

Whether sudden or slow, slow breathing is not a sign of taking lightly.

  1. Chest discomfort
Also known as angina, chest tightness is one of the most obvious symptoms of an unhealthy heart, as the heart is found in the chest. If a person feels pressure, pain, tingling, or burning in the chest, it is possible that the heart is the cause.

Running pain, pain that appears on the surface, or pain that gets worse when touched, is never easy to indicate the condition of the heart. This pain does not change with external stress, and may occur during rest or during physical exertion. Even if the pain is severe, it may indicate a serious heart problem and need to be monitored. Remember, hundreds of thousands of “silent heart attacks” occur every year in the US alone. Many symptoms can be mildly mild.

  1. Left shoulder pain
Interestingly, the nerves in the left arm and the nerves in the heart can send messages to the same pain centers of the brain. Therefore, the brain can interpret heart problems such as pain in the left arm or shoulder.

This is known as ‘transmitted pain’, and just because it is not in the chest does not mean it is not related to the heart, or that a particular issue is on the shoulder. In fact, pain or pressure on the left shoulder is an old sign of an unhealthy heart.

Get medical attention immediately if you feel persistent pain or pressure on your left arm or shoulder, especially if it is accompanied by other symptoms of heart depression, such as shortness of breath.

  1. Abnormal heartbeat
As noted above, abnormal heartbeat is a form of heart disease within itself — arrhythmia. Not all arrhythmias are dangerous or a sign of a serious heart condition, but there are many types of arrhythmia that can be dangerous so all symptoms of arrhythmia, even minor ones, should be taken seriously.

Some forms of arrhythmia may be more readily apparent. There are many types of arrhythmias you should be aware of; Here are some, but not all, consider:

Atrial Fibrillation - If the electrical control of the heart fails, the heart may beat faster than normal, up to 300 beats per minute. People with atrial fibrillation are at greater risk of stroke. This high risk can be greatly reduced with appropriate medication, but not unless atrial fibrillation is detected. Most atrial fibrillation has little or no symptoms, so testing is important. Also note the atrial flutter. It is another type of rapid heartbeat, not as severe but still as a serious side effect.
Premature Ventricular Contractions - If your heart "skips" more often, it may indicate heart disease.
Ventricular Fibrillation - When the electrical signals inside your heart are borrowed, the lower chambers of the heart beat faster. The ventricles of your heart are abnormally tight and inactive. This is very dangerous and needs immediate help.

  1. Heartburn, stomach or back pain
People - especially women - need to be especially aware of chronic heartburn, stomach or back pain. There are many factors that cause these conditions, but for reasons that are not fully understood, women have a very high incidence of heart problems such as heartburn, abdominal pain or back pain, up to and including early warning signs of a heart attack. The condition may be severe and diffuse to include the left breast or left shoulder, an old sign of an unhealthy heart.

Both men and women should be especially careful if they have chronic stomach conditions such as nausea, acid reflux, GERD, indigestion, constipation, or abdominal pain. Yes, there may be many causes, but the fact that this is a sexually explicit symptom of a heart problem should not be underestimated.

  1. Swollen feet
Swelling of the feet may be a sign of deep vein thrombosis, which may be a precursor to pulmonary embolism. It can also be an indication of heart failure. This is because as the heart begins to pump abnormally, gravity begins to collect blood near your lower extremities throughout the day.

If your shoes, socks, or pants begin to feel tight as the day draws to a close, consideration should be given to the possibility of heart failure. The next symptom might be a blood clot that could lead to a heart attack or a heart attack.

  1. Weakness
It is contradictory — we associate exercise with a healthy heart. But remember, sedentary life-style is a risk factor for heart disease, not a personal relationship. Heart disease can and does occur in people with active health and strenuous exercise routines, especially if they have a subtle heart condition.

Changing your body's tolerance to exercise may be a warning sign of impending heart failure.

Be aware of fatigue or decreased strength when exercising, as well as other symptoms such as dizziness, chest tightness, nausea, or shortness of breath. Excessive sweating can also be a sign of a heart attack, especially a rare cold sweat.

  1. Sexual health problems
Erectile dysfunction can have many causes and is successfully treated with medication. However, men, and especially men with other risk factors such as diabetes, overweight weig
