Am I Having a Heart Attack?
Well, Chest pain is one of the most commonly encountered and experienced symptoms globally. anyone would have experienced chest pain at least once in a lifetime. What comes to mind as soon as a person is having chest pain is whether or not this is related to the heart. This genuine question raises concerns and doubts in individual suffering with the symptoms.

Today I am going to tell you what sort of chest pain needs to considered as a Heart Attack or Near to Heart Attack;

Symptoms go as follows;

  1. If the chest pain is in the center of the chest and it involves either side or whole of the chest.
  2. If the chest pain remains for more than 20 minutes and doesn't relieve with rest.
  3. If the chest pain radiates (moves) to involve either or both the arms, neck jaw, shoulder or back.
  4. If the person also has associated symptoms of nausea, vomiting, cold sweating, breathlessness, sinking of heart and sense of impending doom

If you have some of these symptoms, there you should seek an emergency advice from a cardiologist or emergency doctor.

With these symptoms,
DO NOT DELAY contacting EMERGENCY

What can you do?

Try to take one tablet of nitrate for sublingual use. If the use improves the symptoms of chest pain then, although it supports the diagnosis of heart attack, however, it may mean the attack can be improved with conservative measures.
