Non Judgement & Deprogramming the Fight or Flight Response Balances Heart

in heart •  5 years ago  (edited)

Some people hold very important parts of the puzzle of understanding who we are and what life is. Sometimes they themselves have never felt understood or respected and so have a hard time and feel angry, sad and hurt. It's necessary to know how to not judge if we are to ever truly understand the deeper aspects of life and experience peace. Not judging such people allows the more hidden parts of our story to surface and for many things to heal collectively and for us to finally evolve into greater beings. Deprogramming fight or flight response is a necessary part of this process, yet it has to be done in a totally sacred way that values the emotions and responses involved, rather than simply rejecting them.

The more we defuse this ancient inner battle between different parts of self, the more we lower internal tension and experience a felt balance that is needed. This also allows greater clarity of thought and more balanced decisions which then helps to end tensions in the outer world too. Going deeper inside is needed now and needs to be done through feeling and the right intentions. Compassion can increase when we understand the deeper aspects of what is causing us to suffer and feel pain.

-> Hey everyone, I am still alive - just very busy here, both healing and also starting a new digital marketing business, which I will announced formally in the next couple of weeks. :)

Much love to all,
Ura Soul

Hey brother @ura-soul. I was just browsing through the witnesses and your name caught my eye, so read you witness post.

My Dad used to work at UEA in the environmental sciences department, at one point manning a mobile drilling rig towed behind a Landover, then later skippering UEA boats Envoy (which sank in a squall with Dad onboard) then Envirocat. As kids (before you were born) my brother and I would spend some time at the UEA and out in the fields or on the boats with Dad.

Anyway, I also began to discover true self in more recent years and am "into" holistic healing of the apparent self and world. Also I have big plans for helping develop the Matrix-8 Multi-Level governance platform on Steem to provide a world changing alternative to current corrupt governments. See my intro post for more info on this. It would be great if you could help me and @matrix-8 to build the Matrix-8 Dapp. Please let me know if you are interested and let's talk about costs involved to get it done.

Thanks for your work in Steemland and the inner and outer world.

Peace and love
Atma

Ps. Now off to vote for you

Ahoy! Greetings, I just heard you introduce yourself in today's witness meeting in discord. Oh, I didn't know UEA had a shipwreck! Did your dad get out of that ok?
I used to live opposite the ENV buildings in my 1st year and knew numerous people who studied in that school too. Glad to meet you.
Thanks for the link and sharing this idea - I haven't had time to read through the whitepaper yet.. I'll try to get to it soon. I am currently launching a company (actually partially run out of UEA) so I don't have much time at the moment. I'm aiming to get the bulk of what I'm doing completed this weekend though. We shall see.

Wishing you well,
Ura Soul

Great. Thanks for your reply.
Yes, Dad survived.

I just visited Norfolk for 7 weeks (daughter and grandchildren in Norwich and Mum in Thetford) but now back home in Bulgaria.

Ah good, I'm glad! Oh ok, I sometimes venture out into Norwich too. hehe. I live nearby, but out in the countryside. I've never been over to the Bulgarian side of things, I hear you have some great music festivals sometimes in that part of the world - maybe one day I will check it out. :)
Thanks for the witness vote - you join us at an interesting time!

So true, and some patterns that need to be deprogrammed with some people are so deep, they have problems facing them... or "seeing"/feeling them...
Yeah, i missed you a little, just the other day i thought to myself...." did i unfollow ura-soul" missing your conscious content. Good to know you are still there ;)

Yes, we have many blindspots and many patterns that actually keep us making even more blindspots! woops! Thanks for your appreciation - I followed you. :)

And we need to be self conscious, to "see" those patterns.
Thanks for the follow ;)
Are you still a witness?

Yes, exactly. You are welcome. Yes, I am still a witness, though it's getting tough to cover the costs at the moment tbh.

They came for the name-callers and I said nothing, because I'm not a name-caller.

They came for the Christians and I said nothing, because I'm not a Christian.

They came for the conspiracy theorists and I said nothing, because I'm not insane.

Then they came for the independently minded skeptics, and those types never stand up for anyone but themselves, so they were easy-pickins.

This really reinforces how important free speech is and also those channels being kept open - not only so that we are aware of injustices, but also because often 'they' come for those who are dissenting in order to control others as much as possible, but if everyone has access to the free flow of ideas, then the destructive ideas that 'they' attempt to enforce, cannot gain so much acceptance!

First they came ...
"First they came ..." is the poetic form of a prose post-war confession first made in German in 1946 by the German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984). It is about the cowardice of German intellectuals and certain clergy (including, by his own admission, Niemöller himself) following the Nazis' rise to power and subsequent incremental purging of their chosen targets, group after group. Many variations and adaptations in the spirit of the original have been published in the English language. It deals with themes of persecution, guilt, repentance, and responsibility.
