Whether you just started going to the gym or you're planning on starting to, you can relate to me when i say, coming with a fitness plan isn't the easiest thing to do. Different people need different plans that will suit them. You don't want to start walking 10KM a day if you don't have the endurance for that, you also don't want to start powerlifting 50kgs just because your buddies say it will help you go from skinny to buff.
It doesn't work that way. Even the more seasoned trainers have periods where they feel like their training schedule has gotten so dull they'd need to solicit the help of a personal trainer. Not so fast, seriously if you fall into either of these camps you need to give HeartBit a shot.
HeartBit has some complex algorithms.
HeartBit is a modern ECG monitoring device, that uses AI and algorithms to give it's users their entire ECG data, and when i say entire i mean it. HeartBit, through it's array of devices - uses a unique 3 bipolar lead system to monitor the health of your heart as you sleep, as you rest and as you work out. It doesn't just stop there, thanks to a risk analysis algorithm found in HeartBit's devices, they will alert you if they discover anything wrong with your cardiological system. Whether you have ischemia or your at risk of a cardiac arrest or stroke. Just for context purposes, Apple's latest release apple watch series 4 features and ECG feature that has only 1 lead system.
Issues such as arrhythmia that are usually discovered at a progressed stage, can now be revealed with the power of HeartBit. Also because these technology is stored securely inside a blockchain ledger, users can be sure their sensitive information is always safe and secure from prying eyes, only to be revealed when they themselves feel the need to.
But electrocardiography, arrhythmias and Dysrhythmias are all super medical, what you really want to know is how HeartBit will fit into your fitness schedule and overall lifestyle.
There are a ton of fitness tracking devices on the market right now, most of these devices boasting of the number of features they have managed to cram into their devices. Unfortunately as the number of features has increased over the year, the entire meaning of fitness trackers has kind of gotten lost in the tide. While most users will prefer to get a jump in their overall activities, which requires more features to achieve they also want to get precise data.
According to an article written by Latham and Locke in 1979, titled the Goal-Setting Theory which explains how when users trying to attain higher levels of performance ultimately attain a specific milestone become unmotivated if they're presented with inaccurate data. Users can trust HeartBit's devices completely as they were designed with accuracy in mind removing the margin for error in every data that is presented.
Built for Everyone.
HeartBit was also designed to serve every subset of the market, from extremely active people to inactive people, the devices are intuitive enough to adapt to the level of physical activity you are accustomed to in order to ensure every one of it's users are living a healthier life each day.
In other words the devices will consider factors such as your physical features, your medical history and the medicines you take in to create an entire personalized plan based on a goal you put in. All this is thanks to four sensors that monitor the movements of your heart, 1500 times more signals than other fitness trackers on the market.
Just incase users are looking for extra motivation, HeartBit will seamlessly integrate with your smartphone for a better experience. Users can also interact with friends, have competitions and try unlock rewards and thanks to the company's reward pool, users can get free tokens as rewards for all the goals they have achieved, which is very cool.
Taking part in HeartBit's token sale.
The company is targeting to raise at least $30,750,00 and will be issuing 70,000,000 HBIT utility tokens to serve this purpose. Participating in the public sale automatically entitles you to a 30% discount of the token price.
*Other than the 70,000,000 tokens issued. The remaining tokens will be spit between the three functions. 20% of the tokens will be put into a partner equity reserve, while the last 10% will be split between the liquidity reserves and the bounty program. The company advisors will also get a slice of this. *
If you'd like to meet the team, they will be attending the ISPO trade show in Munich on February 3rd, 2019.

I see it is great how blockchain technology is entering the healthcare sector and possibly trying to ease out problems and roadblocks that used to be there in past.
I know about arrhythmia as my mother has that problem.
I see this platform would be of great help to cardiac patients.

I have read about HeartBit and I won't invest on it for a simple reason, I think I can make more money on other projects, for now. But they are on the right path, no doubt about it.
It is especially good, because they focus on trends, people want to be healthier and at the same time want to have their own personal trainer which HeartBit allows in one device. Besides the fact that it can also be a doctor.

Hello @rhinoboy11
It is an impressive team, really yes.
I am a doctor, and I see that what is offered is of a simply great utility, also something that I like a lot is that it is linked to the blockchain, who knows what else will come after all this.
I am not an athlete, before I was, but I would trust my training to this device, since it is totally personalized, because it is based on personal data, clinical history, drugs that are consumed, it could be said that it is a great ally as a source of information for the medical personnel in general.
Follow the progress and many gacias for bringing this information.

In current situation of the cryptocurrency market, launching an ICO is a risky bet. Most people do not trust ICOs anymore because of the bubble they created last year.
What is the purpose of the blockchain in this project?

people that lost in the last year's ICO are those who bought in to hyped projects and not what they understand.
My personal view though and i still buy a good ICO when i see one

I'm not that much into ICOs, bought some in 2017 but not many...the thing is. Masses are never right. It'skind aimportant to do opposite to what most people do. That's why I stopped looking at ICOs for some time. On the other side, I see the general vibe around them shifting last couple of months. Actually since the bear started. Peope are negative, don't trust ICOs and if you do ICO now, you're seen as a scammer almost by default :D That means, it's starting to be kinda time to buy some again :) But I guess I'll still wait couple of months. Best of luck with ur investment tho! :)
