Hi, my name is John Mgalla and today i will tell you something concerning Belly fats reduction for a good health.
To begin, lets get one thing clear, every part of our glorious bodies has a muscle or a bunch of them. That said, we can use that muscle to modify, remodel or even train that particular part.
Now in our Tittle today, the glorious part of our body in question is the belly. This part can grow and enlarge to disproportionate levels simply because we forgot to use the muscle(s) at this particular part of our bodies.
The belly is responsible for storing fats of the body. As we consume excessive sugars, the body stores as fats at various points in the body, they are more abundant in the belly, making this part of our body disproportionate. The muscles at the belly are vertically aligned .

As such, they are more accesible to use in a longitudinal workout of the belly. This involves lying down on your back on a flat surface.

Then do the following.
Repeat each of the following poses 15 to 20 times depending on your breathing. If you can breath at ease after 10 stances the level up to 15 or 20.
But if at 10 your breathing is not easey, please stop there for a breath. And remember, muscle training takes time, its not a one day job.
BOTTOM LINE IS, "great achievement doesn't have to hurt"
