With this our ideas are to include Artificial Intelligence on it. Our product and services would automatically have various investors to invest and hedge positions when market Fills and Kills itself. This way we plan to reach FII, FDI and Millennial to use our services to invest or use our management pool system to manage their funds.
We aim to create an economy on existing financial system as well as create our own capital funds and trade in market.
With our various products and services we do seem to hit a global economy which would favour from one another. We want to create a service which can be accessible by an investor in Asia Pacific and have their assets in Europe.
By far we have 18 Clients to use our services and eagerly waiting for our exchange/platform to launch which would easily have a much wider market. A product service where we would manage funds digitally and save a lot on our expenses.

What are we creating is a Decades of advancement which would generate more than what a normal exchange might have put thought on. We are creating a Decentralised Exchange, with our own securities to trade through.

- Wealth Management: We would be offering services to various investors globally and manage their wealth through our investment wealth managers. - ICO Development/Structuring: We would creating and structuring ICO for businesses and take them public. We have already been approached by various businesses to assist them launching or structuring their crowdsale, where we would be entitled to be Equity Shareholders of their business operations. - Decentralized Exchange System: We would open barricades, we would allow an investor to invest in any geopolitical location of their choice, or have our market researchers to provide solutions to various. This structure would offer our business maximum exposure and have unique hedge images to create and launch. - Artificial Intelligence: With traditional human touch, we would be adding artificial intelligence or algorithms to help our investors and team to work and be effective. This is an upcoming economy which would change operational strategies for businesses and human. A correlation between technology and human would change the mechanism. The plan for technology is to track what we tend to miss out, with less sentiment on it. We would be creating first market intelligence which would track behaviour and would also track sentiments of investors, a market which would track social and wealth media all together. This is our USP. Our AI would not only track movements but would also power our whole project. Our team and investors would be able to make the most from capital markets. - Retail Remittances: We would also be working on to provide gateway system to various businesses and manage their remittances and legal framework. We would have a core team set up to manage ICO which we would underwrite and promote. We are currently developing them as every likely fund is to be managed with its nature and risk as well. Our Funds would be AI enabled, making it self sufficient to manage risk for investors. Yes, our funds are unique which would bring the real value to our business model. - Brokers: We are aiming to provide one platform and put ICO usage in money markets, We would be the first exchange to develop value and have a 24 hour operational window to investors, by providing access to various geopolitical zones, and have them trade Forex, Equities, Commodities and Digital Currency. With structure under construction, we are creating a mechanism which allows investors to sit at one place, have KYC submitted and trade on FTSE, NASDAQ, NSE, TADAWUL, etc. We would be a market which would open various exchanges at one spot for various investors. - Sponsors/Underwritters/Promoters: as stated earlier, we would also emerge as market makers, with operations and strategising various models for different industries and promote them, This way we would gather a large market usage in real time.

Business Development/Strategies
- Our Business model has a retail as well as wholesale approach, focused to gain from every level. - We would hire Auditors/Investment managers/Advisors/Accountants and legal to power our platform and make it a secure structure. - With that we would also hire Programmers and Developers on full time basis to run and manage our business. - We would be promoting business as an exchange, which would generate more users to watch and use our platform. - We would be as a broker system and would be clearance providers to various brokers. - We would also be enabled to have investor buy ICO and Sell as well. - Most of our marketing would be done through our arbitration technology where we would promote our funds and services through various exchanges/brokers. - We would also emerge with our own clearance software for brokers to use it. - We would also be promoted by sitting on Advisory seats of various ICO and Business whom we invest or help them launch their funds, by managing their financial management.
The Whole business model might seem complex in setting up, whereas we need to understand the basic concept, we are creating everything on digital economy, powering many other.
The whole business model set up requires offices/legal entities in few markets to open access to various wonders.
Our project aims to be Market Makers to many; we would manage and launch a lot of intellectual businesses under one roof, and have our eggs spread and safe.
We would be creating smart contracts, building secured networks, manage cyber threats, where the real formula to it is, we would adopt blockchain, but would not create blocks. We would eliminate the AI of existing public chain as we would only be investing on Public chains, and not open our corporate structure on it.
We would create one simple closed ended source which would only provide wealth to public ledger but with only mission to gain from it. This is our citation and arbitration strategy which eliminates cyber attacks/hacks.
You might think in order to this we would need to be open and create blocks, as stated we would only launch private pool contracts which would be closed.
With technical aspects, the formation may sound confusing, but we are already structuring it to eliminate threats, creating a limit risk exposure market to our investors.
Our Tracking and Securities Citation team would be working 24*7 to create and manage exposures along with our AI strategies.
This whole overview of the mechanism is going to be an effective model, where we would be considered to be New Worlds Money Market.
