So I see money signs under a post, but it says pending pay out in 7 days, so does that mean you will definitely get that money or more in USD at the end of the 7 days? Is there set amount of money that the whole community can distribute at the end of the period, so that number may decrease by payout time? Also, do I need to buy a Steemit coin to get money out of this website at all? I am not a programmer, and honestly understand that blockchain is a "decentralized ledger which is visible to all" but dont have a strong understanding of this. Any help or comments would be appreciated.
