In one post it hasnt no picture and still got deleted

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    Your posts were not deleted, only "flagged". Still can be read if someone opens them, it is the magic of Blockchain, you can not delete anything. I suggest you read about the technology on which Steemit is based to learn more about this.
