is anyone else having problems uploading images?

not been able to load images via Samsung phone and chrome, told, 'unfortunately, chrome has stopped'
i uninstalled and reinstalled chrome but still the same, any ideas? thanks in advance

p/s, i have been doing this since January with no problems before.

also, chrome doesnt actually crash, just get this message when i try to upload image?.....ill check app permissions
