Help! Whom do I contact? I would like my sign-up Steem now.

So I signed up right quick the other week to get my free $10 SP and for some reason only received $5. I have been to several forums and have messaged several people I was told would or could help me. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard a thing back. If anyone could comment me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
