Who is drawn to negativity and discouragement?
We've mentioned it before, and it certainly is true. It is easy to get discouraged and to be negative when things do not work out as well as we would like. However, if we want to succeed and continue to progress and grow, we may not want to discourage others or have a negative tone define us as a user.
On the flip side, if we are encouraging and positive, we may just be what others need. If they know that they can stop by our posts when they are having a rough time for a quick, encouraging pick-me-up, then there is a good chance that they will follow us and support us regularly. I know that many have been encouraged by me over the months, and I certainly have been by them too.

Instead of reading the negative posts and downvoting, I tend to just abstain from reading them. It helps the psyche to just ignore those being negative for being negative's sake.

I remain positive, I can't ever remember earning anything from Facebook or Twitter. Staying away from negative nellies and their posts helps.

Excellent advice. It's inevitable that we all feel down or get discouraged. And, then, it's amazing how the kindness or encouragement of others can make a difference. We're all in this together! Thank you for your posts. PS. My former neighbor was the Eyore-type....I always made a point to give him a big hug when I saw him!

Hi Papa, i feel very fortunate as a newbie, i started as you begun this series and for having a look what @papa-pepper is all about and then be able everyday to pop in and see a new encouraging video like being a mentor for me . Especially when talking to people a bout Steemit the first response is no, and then can you take the money out, what is the catch then at the end of the day there is a great video on Steemit Thank you !!!
