Okay Honest Steemit Members-- I Need Your HELP!! Calling TECH SUPPORT!

Being somewhat NEW here, I have been a little anal about keeping tabs on my upvotes, followers, potential payouts, etc...
So, I've been using SteemViz to track my potential payouts.
There is one in particular, from a comment I made on a post from @lifttheveil on 1/20/2018 titled--RE: Perris Child Torture Case Used to Attack Homeschooling--
On my blog page in the comments section I can see it where it states "Pending Payout $2.85
in 3 days"
I've been tracking it on SteemViz as well; But just now, when I went to SteemViz, it is TOTALLY GONE from that ledger and the accumulated 'potential' future payout balance does not reflect it ever existed.
This would be the largest potential payout for me so far, (it ain't a lot, but I earned it) so I absolutely NOTICED that it was GONE!
So, where did it go? Is it just a glitch? If so, why would it just be that ONE COMMENT?
Where do I go, and who do I need to talk to?
Before I get really pissed... If it's nothing, fine, but if it's something, NOT FINE!

HELP!!

    I've never used SteemViz (must try it), but if you go to steemd.com/@puppetmaster1111 you should be able to trace it there. And remember that you will only get a part of this payment, as it will be split between you and the upvoter.
    I'm newish too, so I can't say how accurate my advice is, but I hope it helps.

      Yes @natubat -- I also use Steemd, they are both recorded there, as they are in my blog-- It's odd that they are both one-after-the-other, from 4 days ago, that are not reflected in SteemViz--
